Awesome! Maybe we'll see each other. XD Or I could stalk you...haha. I hope you'll take pictures of someplace beside just Times Square, although the nighttime lights there are always great.

Maybe it's because college/uni starts in August while HS is in September.

yes actually. =)

I'm going to New York for spring break. =D That is like one of the best things that could happen to me. That city gets the photographer side of me. There so many things to take pictures of. I love it there.

I know right? I think coll/univ have their midterms earlier before high schools. What a drag.

Any special plans for then? :)

I think it's kind of strange how uni and college midterm schedules are so different from high school ones. :/

yeah, actually. =]

My midterms were this week. Nice way to start spring break. I'm out next week, so I'm excited.

=D

It's okay. :) Hi to you too! You probably have midterms/finals now, don't you?

I know a guy who had a bowl cut throughout all his school years, from childhood to senior year of high school. But he was well liked, not a picked-on nerd, so that was cool.

I need a haircut because my hair's layers have grown out. I've never highlighted/dyed it. Have you?

Do you dorm at college?

Posted by tokyo-rose on Mar 1, 08 4:26 pm

The bowl cut was when my mom had control over my hair. The haircut I was talking about was that old man haircut. I don't know how to explain it, but everybody liked it. When I was a kid anyway.

You should try playing around with your hair. You never know what you could get. =)

It is fascinating. I haven't went on one for a while though. =/

Traditional Asian hair = bowl cut?
Variety is good. I never really experiment with mine.

People-watching on the subway can be fascinating. =)

Well, my hairstyle went through various styles. I had the traditional asian hair when I was a kid. I then changed my ahir to just spiking my hair outward in eighth grade to sophomore year. I then just started to spike my hair up different ways until I stayed with one mohawk style till recently. I changed how my hair looks and it's really different. lol

Eh, the subway has it's good and bad life from time to time. I just appreciate the subway for what it is.

Oh, that's cool. How long have you had this more "ordinary" hairstyle for?

I agree; there are always interesting people on the subway.. But sometimes there are the kind who are weird in a bad way. D:

I know of several types of mohawks. I know I've had at least two of them. =P

I like both. =) I'd prefer subways though. There's always life in subways.

Have you ever had a mohawk? My younger brother got one last summer, but he never gelled it so it looked a bit funny. xD

No, not at all. :] By trains, do you mean old-fashioned ones or subways?

Posted by tokyo-rose on Feb 26, 08 4:27 pm

lol, no. I just use regular gel and it keeps my hair up. =)

hmm, I think you were trying to judge my character from my answer. Well, that was my answer, and every one makes me happy.

Posted by forthesakeof on Feb 25, 08 7:14 pm

Well, it usually does! What, do you use industrial-strength gel or something? =p

Yes, that's more than sufficient. I wanted to see how you'd respond to a question I based off your quote.

Posted by tokyo-rose on Feb 25, 08 5:09 pm

lol, I believe it. I actually do that too with my friends, mostly cousins. They spike their hair, and I try to touch, but they immediately tell not to touch. It messes up their hair apparently. =P

Hmm, what makes me happy? Umm, photography, music, art, trains, concerts, clubbing, friends, family, and just for personal happiness, loving a girl and her loving me back. Hmm, is this answer good enough for you?
